OMSB Lot 13 Wharf Extension
TAMS designs and constructs a new 110m wharf extension at Onslow.
TAMS were engaged by OMSB to design and construct a new 110m sheet piled wharf extension at Lot 13, Onslow.
- Procure 400T of sheet piles, tie rods and waler beams.
- Installation of piles using vibratory and impact hammer piling methods.
- Forming and pouring of 110m of in-situ concrete capping beam. Approximately 10,000m3 of earthworks completed.
- Dredging of the new berth pocket and widening of the existing turning basin utilising backhoe dredgers and split hopper barges.
- 20,000m3 of dredging.
- Removal of 10 no. piled navigation aids and replacement with floating markers
