Trans-Shipment Operations

TAMS Group provide the Cape Preston Port Company the services off their highly diverse staff to aid in the running of the Cape Preston tug boats and barges, undertaking the transhipment operations. Additionally, TAMS vessel, Annemarie, is contracted to the project, supporting the barge movements.

TAMS extensive experience in towing practises played an integral role in the development of risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure safe, efficient towage practises for vessel movements between the port and outer harbour anchorage.
